What you'll do

• Assist with transfers and daily activities
• provide personal care and household support, including changing linens, laundry, and cleaning
• maintain records of care, condition, progress, and concerns
• converse with or read to individuals
• give medications and immunizations
• engage individuals in exercises and activities
• follow one-on-one care plans.
