Network Operations Center Support Operator

Job overview

The Network Operations Center Support Operator role is hybrid in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with a minimum of four office days for first shift; compensation is $36–$38 per hour. The operator supports Ubicquia’s NOC Support–Customer Experience department and monitoring of its IoT and Smart City deployments.

What you'll do

• Monitor networks and dashboards during eight-hour shifts and respond to alerts
• identify and classify incidents, troubleshoot or escalate issues, and document customer interactions and shift activity. Coordinate with IT, engineering, and support teams
• provide Level 1 customer support and product guidance
• and contribute feedback on process improvements and monitoring tools.
