What you'll do

• Assist with new employee orientation, product-launch education, and team skill development.
• Serve as Manager on Duty as needed, supporting opening, closing, banking, and store security.
• Provide customer service and cannabis product recommendations, discuss therapy goals and product use, participate in patient intake, maintain required records and confidentiality, process patient orders and sales through POS, and address customer concerns.
