What you'll do

• Work with vendor partners to maintain stock and minimize shrink
• keep product selection timely and relevant
• maintain department cleanliness, organization, signage, and presentation
• support labor planning, scheduling, and real-time adjustments
• ensure compliance with OSHA policies, DSHEA regulations, and company policies
• resolve operational issues
• assist with training and development
• analyze reports and implement corrective actions
• serve as Manager-on-Duty as needed.
