What you'll do
- Perform management functions including hiring, disciplining, and evaluating care team members
- plan and facilitate meetings and committees addressing resident care issues
- manage the area to achieve and maintain quality care
- participate in programs for nursing staff recruitment, retention, development, and continuing education
- contact physicians as needed and ensure timely, appropriate interventions
- review staffing patterns and census and reassign personnel when necessary
- monitor clinical operations and resident conditions
- obtain medications, supplies, and medical records
- assist with new personnel orientation and support staff with procedures.

Why this role
Schedule includes Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Requires an active, valid RN license in the state of employment, an active CPR license or ability to obtain one within 30 days, and three years of nursing experience including one year in long-term care. CPR teaching certificate is preferred but not required.
