Multifamily Property Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of assigned properties
• address tenant concerns
• assist leasing with marketing, tours, and applications
• ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including Section 8 requirements
• use Yardi or similar software to track leases, maintenance, and communications
• coordinate maintenance and make-ready work
• prepare and monitor property budgets
• inspect properties
• maintain operational, financial, and tenant records
• support customer service and retention.
