Diversified Services Network’s QA organization supports large-scale software programs for a Fortune 100 client’s Digital Platform organization. The specialist leads testing strategy and execution across programs and releases, drives defects and high-impact issues toward resolution, and mentors QA colleagues. The role helps engineering and product teams improve software quality and release confidence.

What you'll do

• Lead QA strategy, test planning, and execution across projects and releases
• conduct regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing
• validate and reproduce defects
• manage defect tracking
• perform root cause analysis
• collaborate with engineering, product, and program teams
• analyze quality metrics
• present findings and recommendations
• mentor QA team members
• identify process and test-coverage improvements.
