Inline Repair Operator

Job overview

The Inline Repair Operator role is onsite in Mount Pleasant, WI, and pays $18–$20 per hour. The position works in FII USA’s Inline Repair Department in a production environment.

What you'll do

• Perform manual soldering on surface-mount and through-hole components
• repair and rework printed circuit boards
• identify soldering defects
• report recurring or complex issues
• maintain clean, safe, electrostatic-discharge-safe workstations
• inspect solder quality
• and record repairs and parts usage.
