QuaverReady Project Manager

Job overview

The QuaverReady Project Manager role is hybrid in Nashville, TN, with at least three days per week onsite at the QuaverEd campus and two days remote. Compensation is $65,000–$70,000 per year. QuaverEd’s mission is to enrich children’s lives by helping educators engage students in music, social and emotional learning, health, and physical education. The project manager coordinates schedules, workflows, and communication so QuaverReady projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. The role supports cross-functional teams and quality control of educational resources.

What you'll do

• Coordinate schedules and deadlines across QuaverReady and other departments
• provide progress updates and reports
• coordinate with Production, Art, Audio, and Development teams
• manage documents, workflows, and tasks using Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack
• maintain process documentation and handbooks
• identify process improvements
• review and approve interactive resources
• support additional departmental tasks and projects as needed.
