What you'll do

• Learn HR processes, systems, and employee needs relevant to the assignment
• gather and organize information and check accuracy
• help prepare employee or manager resources
• support recruiting, onboarding, learning, or engagement activities
• analyze information using spreadsheets or other tools
• direct employee questions to the appropriate person
• protect confidential information
• document progress
• follow facility safety requirements
• present project results and recommendations.
