The Paramedic Manager is an onsite, full-time role in Omaha, NE, paying $85,000–$100,000 annually. AlediumHR is recruiting for a paramedic-owned ambulance and medical transport company operating a single ambulance service around the clock. The manager leads approximately 10–11 paramedics and EMTs and oversees staffing, schedules, supplies, equipment readiness, chart review, and clinical and operational standards. By recruiting and retaining staff, coaching the team, and coordinating with local hospitals and facilities, the manager supports station readiness and patient care.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of approximately 10–11 paramedics and EMTs

• cover shifts when staffing gaps cannot otherwise be filled
• build relationships with Omaha-area hospitals and facilities
• work with the founder and leadership team on station development and potential growth in Nebraska.

Why this role

Requires Nebraska paramedic licensure or ability to obtain it, ALS experience, and demonstrated leadership ability. Critical care transport experience, including CCT-P or CCP credentials, is a plus. The role primarily operates during regular business hours but may require shift coverage because the service runs 24/7.
