What you'll do

• Lead daily operations and resident experience in the Memory Care neighborhood
• partner with clinical leadership on individualized care
• develop and oversee dementia-focused programs
• maintain standards for the environment, routines, programming, and dining
• train, coach, mentor, and support team members
• build relationships with residents and families
• address resident satisfaction and family communication
• identify opportunities to improve the Memory Care experience.
