What you'll do

• Contact customers about past-due invoices
• maintain collection records and report results
• reconcile payments to billing records and investigate discrepancies
• respond to billing and payment inquiries
• prepare lien waivers and, when necessary, bond claim documentation
• post cash receipts
• prepare daily deposit reports
• support month-end accounts receivable and retainage reporting
• prepare and submit reviewed yearly construction prequalification applications
• perform additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
