Senior Estimator

The Senior Estimator role is onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with a stated annual salary range of $125,000–$150,000. The position supports a privately held general contractor and construction management firm serving high-end residential, private and public owners, and federal government markets. The estimator leads preconstruction and estimating for complex projects by developing budgets, completing quantity takeoffs, evaluating subcontractor bids, identifying scope and project risks, and preparing Guaranteed Maximum Price proposals. The role collaborates with project teams, architects, owners, executives, subcontractors, and vendors.

What you'll do

• Create detailed quantity takeoffs for all trades
• review drawings, bid packages, and contract documents to identify risks and scopes
• develop conceptual budgets and value-engineering solutions
• manage subcontractor and vendor bidding
• lead bid evaluation reviews
• assist with presenting estimates and proposals to project executives and clients.

Why this role
