Senior Program Manager, Workforce Development

What you'll do

• Oversee grant-funded training programs
• build relationships with state agencies, regional councils, nonprofits, and training providers
• draft incentive proposals
• coordinate reporting requirements
• monitor grantee data and compliance
• evaluate programs and provide funding recommendations
• support grantees and mitigate project risks
• present project summaries
• onboard and mentor staff as needed.
