What you'll do

• Lead a 3–5 person crew
• conduct pre-job meetings to review work orders, labor budgets, crew size, and materials
• monitor job-site safety under OSHA standards
• manage quality to manufacturer specifications
• coordinate with superintendents, project managers, general contractors, and building owners
• confirm roofs are watertight and secure tools, materials, and work areas
• document progress with photos and CRM notes.
