Lead Maintenance Technician

Job overview

What you'll do

• Complete and support maintenance work across assigned properties
• oversee building, grounds, and agency-vehicle upkeep
• maintain electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, and other building systems
• coordinate contractor access and materials
• prepare for inspections
• document work orders, purchases, bids, and projects
• support facility improvements
• and respond to emergency maintenance needs, including on-call or after-hours response as required.
