What you'll do

• Estimate mechanical service and preventative-maintenance costs
• prepare estimates for equipment repair and installation
• issue RFIs when needed
• organize estimates and vendor and subcontractor quotations
• prepare and evaluate subcontractor bid packages
• attend pre-bid walkthroughs periodically
• clarify scope with sales
• coordinate turnover with technicians and service managers
• manage project margins and customer expectations
• provide closeout documentation
• coordinate project communications and support billing and collection.
