Cashier and Sales Associate

Job overview

The Cashier and Sales Associate role is onsite in Wilmington, NC. Pay is $13–$15 per hour. The role supports GPM Investments’ store operations and customer service. The associate operates the register, assists customers, and maintains clean, stocked, and safe store areas. The role also supports sales through friendly service and upselling, while following age-verification and other legal requirements for regulated products.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and operate the register accurately
• follow age-verification requirements for lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales
• provide service and upsell when possible
• clean and maintain the store, restrooms, pumps, and lot
• stock shelves, coolers, and displays
• cross-train in other departments as needed
• follow safety procedures and company policies.
