What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• prepare reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders.
