Genesis Dealership Service Manager

The Genesis Dealership Service Manager role is onsite in Englewood, NJ. Compensation is $175,000–$250,000 per year, depending on experience. The position supports the dealership’s service department and its goal of delivering high standards of customer service and quality. The manager leads service advisors and oversees customer service, appointment coordination, workflow, quality assurance, and department performance. The role also handles escalated customer concerns, supports advisor training, reviews performance data, and ensures accurate documentation and compliance.
