What you'll do

• Assist with meal planning and preparation
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• complete approved shopping and errands
• support special diets in accordance with care plans
• escort clients to appointments and outings
• provide companionship and communication assistance
• follow care plans and agency procedures
• report changes in client condition
• maintain daily activity and service-hour records
• attend training and staff meetings.
