What you'll do

• Conduct routine foot patrols approximately every 30 minutes
• monitor entrances, common areas, and residential activity
• observe, document, and report disturbances, suspicious activity, and safety concerns
• complete daily activity and incident reports
• use digital radios, dispatch, and reporting systems
• assist with minor property tasks such as locking and unlocking common areas
• provide customer service and de-escalation
• coordinate with property management, dispatch, and emergency responders
• operate company-issued body-worn cameras according to policy.
