Primary Therapist

What you'll do

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, group, and family therapy
• facilitate psychoeducational and process groups
• participate in treatment team meetings
• assess and intervene in behavioral health crises
• coordinate care and discharge planning
• complete clinical documentation
• support utilization review and insurance authorization
• collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and community providers.

Why this role
