What you'll do

• Provide support for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and personal hygiene.
• Respond to resident call lights with a compassionate approach.
• Ensure residents receive appropriate nutrition based on dietary needs.
• Record vital signs as requested.
• Notify the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions.
