Customer Development Representative

Job overview

The Customer Development Representative is an onsite role in Buda, IL. Pay is $21–$25 per hour. The role supports Van Packer’s manufacturer representatives, Regional Sales Managers, and Technical Solutions team throughout quoting and sales. The representative manages project requests from initial inquiry through quotation, follow-up, and order transition. By keeping information organized and coordinating with internal teams, the role supports timely responses and a positive customer experience.

What you'll do

• Manage customer and representative requests through the quoting process
• provide project updates
• maintain opportunity and project information in the CRM
• follow up on outstanding quotations
• coordinate requests with Regional Sales Managers and Technical Solutions
• support revisions and transition projects into the order process.
