Comic Book Grader

The Comic Book Grader role is full-time and onsite in Dallas, TX. Compensation is described as commensurate with experience, with no numeric amount specified. The grader evaluates comic books and incoming consignments, researches comparable sales, and prepares accurate auction listings. Careful grading, valuation, and handling support auction production and help the Comics team meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and grade comic books, documenting condition and defects
• assess incoming consignments and purchases
• select comics for third-party certification
• research comics and comparable sales to estimate values
• prepare detailed auction listings using Microsoft Word, Excel, and proprietary software
• handle and organize comics carefully
• collaborate with the Comics team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

Why this role
