What you'll do

• Provide support to nurses and other staff
• assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plans
• help residents lift, turn, move, and transfer
• coordinate dining services, meal delivery, feeding assistance, and intake documentation
• assist with resident weights and skin-condition tracking
• support toileting programs
• complete daily flow sheets and document progress
• report changes in resident condition and barriers to assigned work.
