What you'll do

• Research, write, and maintain courses for customer and partner audiences
• develop written modules, video scripts, lab exercises, knowledge checks, and assessments
• adapt customer content for partner audiences
• publish and maintain courses in the LMS
• collaborate with technical subject-matter experts, Product, and Customer Success
• use AI tools to support content development
• identify learning-content gaps.
