The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Palisades Park, NJ, with pay of $25–$30 per hour. Connect ABA + Therapy provides applied behavior analysis services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities, with a mission to promote skill development and improve quality of life. Working alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the technician implements individualized intervention plans and teaches functional skills. The role supports client goals through one-on-one instruction, accurate data collection, and collaboration with the clinical team and caregivers.

What you'll do

• Carry out BCBA-developed behavior intervention plans
• provide one-on-one instruction using ABA techniques, including discrete trial training and natural environment teaching
• collect and log behavior and progress data
• help clients build communication, socialization, self-care, and independent living skills
• collaborate with the BCBA and team
• communicate progress updates
• participate in professional development
• follow ethical and confidentiality standards.
