What you'll do

• Review care plans and provide appropriate restorative nursing care
• report changes in resident or patient condition to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse
• complete required flow-sheet entries
• assist with daily hygiene
• weigh and measure residents and record temperatures, pulse, and respiration as instructed
• follow safety precautions and use equipment such as gait belts and mechanical lifts.
