What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs
• develop activity calendars and organize events and outings
• adapt programming to residents’ interests and abilities, including memory impairment
• complete documentation, assessments, care plans, progress notes, and participation records
• recruit, train, schedule, and supervise volunteers
• collaborate with nursing and other departments
• assist with budgeting and attend care conferences and interdisciplinary meetings
• build relationships with residents, families, and team members.
