What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications and document dosage and timing
• assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
• maintain medication records
• monitor for side effects or changes in condition and report concerns to the supervising nurse
• store and handle medications safely
• collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• follow medication safety regulations and facility protocols.
