Quality Assurance Manager

What you'll do

• Develop quality policies and procedures
• coordinate the AIB program and maintain its Superior Rating
• support employee training
• manage corrective and preventive actions and quality records
• review laboratory and production data and authorize product release
• supervise laboratory operations and department personnel
• oversee equipment calibration
• investigate quality issues and root causes
• and collaborate with Operations, R&D, Sales, and Customer Service.
