What you'll do

• Coordinate dispatch, load planning, and customer service for assigned drivers
• maintain driver calendars and record time-off requests
• discuss safety, compliance, and service issues
• review performance bonus results
• conduct quarterly driver ride-alongs
• monitor hours-of-service records and dispatch-plan compliance
• coordinate equipment compliance with Maintenance
• plan daily schedules and backhauls
• coordinate tank washes
• communicate service issues proactively
• support driver utilization and capacity planning.
