What you'll do

• Process semi-monthly and biweekly payroll across multiple states and entities
• execute payroll changes and time and attendance processing
• review payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies
• respond to employee inquiries
• support payroll tax compliance, registrations, filings, and remittances
• audit 401(k) deferrals
• assist with audits, reporting, employment verifications, year-end activities, and special projects
• improve payroll processes and documentation.
