The Front Desk Team Member role is onsite in Lake Orion, MI. Compensation is $12 to $15 per hour. D1 Lake Orion is an athletic-based training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up, focused on helping athletes work toward their goals. The team member supports the facility’s daily operations and athlete experience by welcoming and checking in athletes, answering customer questions and calls, maintaining the lobby and retail areas, tracking inventory and purchases, and completing daily social media tasks.

What you'll do

• Complete opening and closing checklists
• keep the lobby clean and stocked
• answer customer support questions and phone calls
• check athletes into workouts and track attendance
• stock retail areas
• maintain inventory
• process ancillary purchases in MBO
• complete daily social media tasks
• ensure accounts are properly noted.
