What you'll do

• Respond promptly to internet leads, calls, and chats
• qualify customer needs and book appointments
• follow up with prospects and sold customers
• manage human escalations from the AI platform
• book service appointments and follow up on declined recommendations
• coordinate sales-to-service handoffs
• log customer interactions and update lead statuses in VinSolutions CRM
• and partner with sales and service teams.
