What you'll do

• Oversee branch operations and staff, including scheduling, coaching, performance reviews, timekeeping, and training
• monitor branch goals
• help resolve escalated member issues
• support product sales and account opening
• review loan applications
• handle specified transaction approvals and wire transfers
• coordinate with Collections
• and make outbound calls for sales, loan follow-up, and issue resolution.
