What you'll do

• Manage the store in the absence of management
• supervise sales associates in sales, housekeeping, loss prevention, merchandising, pricing, and point-of-sale operations
• follow U.S. Customs regulations and company policies
• resolve client concerns professionally
• coach and counsel associates and document corrective actions when needed
• delegate tasks and follow up
• observe and provide performance feedback
• motivate and train associates to interact professionally with clients
• participate in semi-annual inventory.
