Mental Health Therapist/ Social Worker

Salary up to $80000/ year based upon experience. Must be licensed in the state of TN (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMSW, LMFT, etc). This is an onsite role (M-F, 8-5, no weekends, no on call, no holidays). Collaborate with a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, RN Director, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
