Regional Property Manager — Affordable Housing

What you'll do

• Monitor collections, vacancies, court filings, and related reports
• review resident transfer requests
• assist with annual budgets and monitor monthly results
• oversee lease terminations, grievances, and lease enforcement
• meet with residents and agencies
• oversee marketing and occupancy strategies
• coordinate resident services
• oversee emergency on-call schedules and follow up on emergencies
• supervise, train, evaluate, and coordinate site personnel
• prepare monthly occupancy and fiscal reports
• review policies and recommend changes.
