What you'll do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial dock and door equipment
• perform preventive maintenance inspections and recommend repairs
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• service dock levelers, overhead and high-speed doors, vehicle restraints, seals, and shelters
• communicate recommendations to customers
• document service work
• maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
• follow safety procedures.
