What you'll do

• Provide a safe, secure, and structured environment
• serve as a non-clinical resource and provide crisis intervention when needed
• maintain written records and report client activity and behavior
• facilitate required groups and structured activities
• handle facility maintenance needs or report issues
• review client charts, answer phones, greet guests, and perform copying and filing
• transport clients to offsite meetings and activities as needed
• participate in shift handoffs, supervision, and required training.
