HVAC Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete scheduled residential HVAC maintenance appointments
• inspect heating and cooling equipment and related components
• check system performance and airflow
• identify developing concerns
• explain findings and repair options
• complete customer-approved repairs
• document readings, photos, recommendations, and work
• communicate with dispatch and supervisors
• protect customer homes and company equipment
• attend training
• and participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
