What you'll do

• Manage safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center
• meet inventory production goals
• oversee assigned team activities and identify development needs
• coach and manage performance
• communicate expectations and goals
• resolve team conflicts
• ensure adherence to systems and procedures
• review mechanical and physical defects
• partner with the General Manager on repair-or-reject decisions
• train associates on quality-control standards
• complete repairs efficiently and safely.
