What you'll do

• Register patients and verify demographic and insurance information
• prepare records and reports for physician visits
• answer calls and route inquiries
• schedule appointments and outpatient testing
• coordinate physician, clinical, and surgical schedules
• obtain insurance authorizations
• coordinate referrals
• prepare billing information and coding documentation
• provide coverage across office roles as requested.
