What you'll do

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• review plans, specifications, contracts, and scope documents
• prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, additional work requests, and project documentation
• coordinate project billing
• work with field leadership, vendors, subcontractors, customers, and internal teams
• identify scope gaps, contract risks, schedule impacts, and cost concerns
• support procurement, material tracking, coordination, and job-cost review.
