Community Event Representative

Job overview

The Community Event Representative role is an onsite, in-the-field position in Cleveland, OH, with 10–20 hours per week and evening and weekend events. Pay is $20–$23 per hour plus a bonus structure. The role represents Hunter Wellness Center, a chiropractic and wellness practice, at community events. The representative introduces community members to the practice and its spinal screenings, books new-patient appointments, and supports event logistics and follow-up. This work helps connect people with the practice and develop community relationships and referrals.

What you'll do

• Represent the practice at community events
• start conversations and explain spinal screenings
• conduct thermal scanner screenings after training
• book appointments and collect deposits
• build community and referral relationships
• transport, set up, and break down event materials
• maintain supplies
• coordinate with event hosts
• report results and leads
• send host thank-you notes
• capture photos and video
• assist with in-office events and team meetings as requested.
