What you'll do

• manage shipments, returns, trade-ins, demo devices, and supplies
• ensure audit and paperwork compliance
• manage payment handling
• maintain store appearance
• provide consultative sales and service
• coach staff and monitor results
• support customer activations, account changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessories, plan changes, and upgrades
• represent the company at community events.
